Nightingale Montessori nurseries offer Ofsted outstanding, inspiring, stimulating, creative and happy education based on the EYFS curriculum and the Montessori Method.

The magic begins as soon as you step into our indoor and outdoor classrooms which are designed to inspire and motivate the children to learn and explore.

School motto

“Let me do it by myself.”

— Maria Montessori

We nurture curiosity, independence, kindness and encourage the children to express their feelings, individuality, pursue their talents and interests and learn at their own pace.

We aim to provide excellence in education where each child can achieve their full potential academically, emotionally, physically and socially. We prepare children for transition to reception and ensure they are ready for school by offering longer days in the school readiness classroom 8:30-3:30pm.

We work closely with local independent prep and primary schools to ensure a smooth transition. Our pupils transition to the local independent prep schools: Broomwood Hall, Dolphin School, Eaton House The Manor, Finton House, Hornsbury House, Newton Prep and Thomas’s, as well as to local primary schools: Belleville, Holly Ghost RC school and Honeywell.

We also cherish the opportunity to learn about the fauna and flora of the local ponds and woodland area.
